Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about social media, digital trends, and content strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching what's trending, creating engaging content ideas, analyzing competitors, and helping brands grow organically.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar where you'll work closely with the marketing, design, and nutrition teams to execute impactful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Development (Primary Focus)

- Research trending content, viral formats, and social media trends.
- Monitor competitors and prepare actionable competitor analysis reports.
- Identify content opportunities, campaign ideas, and creative hooks.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new features.
- Research AI tools, automation platforms, and digital marketing innovations.




- Study audience behavior and recommend data-driven growth strategies.

Social Media Management

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Write engaging captions and optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content execution.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track content performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on audience insights and campaign results.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Experience in content planning, content calendars, and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the health, wellness, or nutrition industry is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
