About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic, smart and creative fresher to join our Sales and Marketing team at SayOne Technologies as a Social Media Executive. This is a great prospect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, loves video presentations, enjoys working with content and campaigns, and is eager to build hands-on expertise in social media and performance marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team, contributing to content planning, campaign execution, and video-led brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and organizing content across LinkedIn and Meta, maintaining a consistent posting schedule and brand tone.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies for both organic and paid social media initiatives.
3. Set up, manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta.
4. Excellent Communication,Appear as an on-camera video presenter for company and campaign related videos, representing SayOne in a professional and engaging manner.
5. Assist with video shoots as needed.
6. Monitor campaign performance metrics and translate data insights into actionable improvements for ongoing and future campaigns.
7. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends,



platform algorithms changes, and digital marketing best practices.
8. Basic video editing skills would be an added advantage.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven Knowledge and hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing across LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
2. Understanding of Performance marketing - including campaign setup, optimization, campaign strategies, and funnel-based targeting.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Candidates must be willing and able to present for on-camera campaign videos.
5. Strong creative thinking and the ability to ideate content that resonates with B2B audiences.
6. Basic video editing skills is an added advantage
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Experience Experience: 0-1 years of experience working as a Social Media Executive or related field.
