Social Media Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The successful candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess exceptional creativity, and have a deep understanding of various social media platforms.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Content Creation and Strategy (15%)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for social media platforms.
- Create compelling and shareable content, including posts, articles, graphics, videos, and multimedia aligned with the brand's identity.
- Audience Engagement (15%)
- Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and conversations.
- Foster meaningful interactions, respond to inquiries promptly, and stimulate discussions around the brand.
- Social Media Management (15%)
- Oversee day-to-day activities on social media platforms.
- Post content, schedule updates, and utilize analytics to monitor and enhance overall performance.
- Follower Growth (15%)
- Implement organic and strategic strategies to increase followers.
- Utilize promotions, contests, and engagement tactics to attract and retain a growing audience.
- Brand Reputation and Crisis Management (10%)
- Monitor online sentiment and address negative comments or issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to maintain a positive brand image and handle crises effectively.




- Influencer Collaborations (5%)
- Identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with the brand.
- Negotiate partnerships and track the success of influencer collaborations.
- Competitive Analysis (5%)
- Monitor competitors' social media strategies and performance.
- Analyze competitor content, engagement strategies, and overall online presence.
- Lead Generation (20%)
- Implement lead generation campaigns and optimize landing pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive qualified leads through social media channels.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Hybrid work model: A minimum of 7 days of on-site presence per month, with the remaining days work-from-home.
