Role Summary The Social Media Executive will help manage client accounts from planning to publishing. The role requires someone who understands content, communicates clearly, stays organised and can coordinate between clients and the internal creative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Research content ideas, trends, references and competitor activity
- Write captions, story copy, reel concepts and basic video scripts
- Prepare clear briefs for designers, editors and production teams
- Coordinate internally to ensure content is delivered on time
- Schedule and publish approved content
- Manage client communication, feedback and approvals
- Track account performance and prepare monthly reports
- Identify insights and recommend improvements based on performance
- Support photoshoot and video-shoot planning
- Conduct content quality checks before publishing
- Maintain organised trackers, folders and approval records
- Assist with basic community management where required

Additional Requirements

- Agency experience is preferred
- Candidates should be comfortable communicating directly with clients
- The candidate should be organised, proactive and able to take ownership
- Strong writing samples or previous content calendars should be shared where possible
- Occasional availability for shoots, events or on-ground content coverage may be required
