What You’ll Do

● Content Creation & Curation: Craft engaging, original content (posts, videos, stories)

that resonates with our audience across various social media platforms—Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

● Community Engagement: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments,

and foster conversations that build a strong online community around our school’s mission and values.

● Brand Storytelling: Use your creativity to tell the story of Inventure Academy in a way that highlights our unique culture, achievements, and vibrant student life on campus.

● Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that promote events, achievements, and initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance,

making data-driven decisions to enhance our online presence.

● Collaborate: Work closely with various departments to align social media content with our broader goals.

Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.

● Certifications (Preferred):



Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media

Marketing, or Content Creation.

Skills

● Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing platforms such as Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

● Content Creation: Solid skills in creating engaging and visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.

● Analytics & Reporting: Ability to use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights,

and reporting tools to track and analyze performance.

● Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

● Technical Skills: Basic video editing and graphic design knowledge.

● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on audience engagement.

● Organizational Skills: Strong time management abilities to handle multiple campaigns,

projects, and deadlines effectively.

● Creative Thinking: A flair for innovative ideas and creative problem-solving.

● Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to achieve strategic goals.

● Adaptability: Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies.!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
