Job duties :-

- We are looking for a creative, result-oriented and tech-savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, generate quality leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales through effective social media marketing and paid advertising.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in Meta Ads, content posting, basic video editing, Canva designing, and managing multiple social media platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, shorts, videos, stories and promotional content.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement. Meta Ads & Paid Promotions
- Create, manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
- Generate quality leads at the lowest possible cost.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).




- Perform audience targeting, retargeting and A/B testing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports. Video Editing & Content Creation.
- Perform basic editing of reels, shorts and promotional videos.
- Add captions, transitions, music and branding elements.
- Convert long videos into engaging short-form content.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms, Graphic Designing
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails and promotional graphics using Canva.
- Create attractive creatives for workshops, webinars, product launches and advertisements.
- Maintain consistency with company branding. YouTube Management
- Upload and optimize videos.
- Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions and hashtags.
- Design engaging thumbnails.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
