Role Description: This full-time remote Social Media Executive role is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing engaging content, and monitoring performance metrics. Daily tasks include optimising posts for reach and engagement, coordinating media plans with broader marketing activities, and responding to comments and messages in a qualified and timely manner.

Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media messaging with brand guidelines and business objectives,



and stay up to date on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience with strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills to manage and grow online presence effectively.

Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to design and schedule campaigns aligned with marketing goals.

Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills to create compelling posts and respond to audiences.

Candidates should possess basic analytics and reporting skills to track performance, interpret data, and suggest improvements.

Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media roles, preferably in services or hospitality-related industries, is beneficial.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines is required.

Familiarity with major social media platforms, content creation tools, scheduling software & video editing skills is required.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
