Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Noida. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase properties, highlight developer partnerships, and promote KYG Estate X’s services.

The Social Media Content

Creator will manage daily posting schedules, write captions, design or coordinate visual content, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

Responsibilities include monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align content with ongoing campaigns and property listings. The role also includes contributing ideas for social media strategies,



supporting lead-generation initiatives, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of real estate-related topics and client interests.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting for posts, captions, and short-form content.
- Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, including content calendars and campaign support.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visuals and social media creatives.
- Comfort with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels relevant to real estate marketing.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience engagement, brand positioning, and lead generation through social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistent brand tone.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest or prior experience in real estate, property marketing, or investment advisory is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional attitude, time-management skills, and openness to learning and adapting to recent tools and trends.
