About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media & Content Manager to lead our digital presence and strengthen Welcomevet's brand across multiple online platforms.

This is not just a content posting role—we are looking for someone who can build a brand, tell meaningful stories, create engaging campaigns, and connect with India's farming and veterinary community through impactful digital marketing.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content to drive organic growth, increase engagement, improve brand visibility, and support our e-commerce initiatives across Amazon, Flipkart, and our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories, carousels, blogs, captions, and educational content




- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Build and manage Welcomevet's online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally
- Capture field content by visiting farmers, veterinarians, distributors, exhibitions, product launches, and company events
- Create customer success stories, testimonials, educational campaigns, and awareness initiatives
- Research industry trends, viral formats, and new content opportunities
- Collaborate with influencers, veterinary professionals, dairy creators, and rural content creators
- Support product launches, brand campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Optimise content for organic reach, engagement, and discoverability using SEO, hashtags, and platform best practices
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data
- Support Amazon and Flipkart brand visibility through creative product-focused content
- Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and management teams to ensure consistent brand communication

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills in English and Hindi
- Experience creating engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts)
- Proficiency with Canva, ElevenLabs, InShot, VN Editor, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Runway, Kling AI, Luma AI, PixVerse, Pika, Veo,

Adobe Express, or similar creative tools

- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage
- Understanding of SEO,



social media analytics, and digital marketing metrics

- Creative thinker with strong branding and campaign planning abilities
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with occasional travel for content creation and field visits

- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Meta Business Suite, and YT Studio.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Veterinary Science, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing

- Experience in healthcare, animal health, agriculture, FMCG, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory
