Paranubhuti Foundation is looking for passionate, energetic, and result-oriented Social Impact Executives to support our humanitarian initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to create meaningful social impact by working on fundraising, CSR partnerships, awareness campaigns, corporate communication, and community outreach.

Whether you are a fresher with excellent communication skills or an experienced skilled in the social sector, we welcome individuals who are committed to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute fundraising campaigns.
2. Build relationships with corporate organizations for CSR partnerships.
3. Coordinate donor engagement and corporate communication.
4. Represent the organization at CSR meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
5. Organize awareness drives, fundraising events, and social campaigns.
6. Conduct field visits for project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
7. Develop presentations, proposals, impact reports, and campaign materials.
8. Identify new fundraising opportunities and strategic collaborations.
9. Maintain communication with volunteers, donors, institutions, and partners.
10. Support organizational development and expansion initiatives.

Required Skills :
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Confidence in meeting corporate professionals and stakeholders.
3. Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
4.



Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
5. Passion for social service and community development.
6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and social media.
7. Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and field activities.

Preferred Qualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience in NGO, CSR, fundraising, sales, marketing, public relations, or business development is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
