Role Description The Senior Delegates Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving delegate sales for Tradepass events by identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and converting leads into confirmed participants.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound calls and emails, managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering tailored pitches, and negotiating pricing and packages aligned with event targets. The Senior Delegates Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with event positioning, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide timely reports on sales performance and market feedback. The role also involves researching target markets, understanding client needs, and contributing insights to improve event offerings and delegate experience.

Strong B2B sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
