Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow, responsible for leading complex accessibility, publishing, and e-learning projects from initiation through delivery. This role oversees project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, while coordinating closely with production, quality, and client teams to ensure accurate,



on-schedule outcomes.
The Senior Project Manager will monitor project risks, manage stakeholder communication, and resolve operational issues to maintain high accountability and performance standards.
Daily activities include supervising project documentation, enforcing workflow compliance, supporting continuous improvement, and mentoring project coordinators and other team members. The role also involves collaborating with global teams, aligning project execution with client requirements, and reporting project status and performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications
Project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading multi-phase delivery in accessibility, publishing, or e-learning environments.
Expediting and Expeditor skills to drive task completion, manage priorities, and remove blockers across production workflows.
