Role: Senior Business Analyst (Service Now)
Location: Kolkata (Onsite)
Contract

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers, business users, and product owners to understand business needs and objectives.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement using the ServiceNow platform.
• Convert business requirements into explicit, detailed, and actionable ServiceNow user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, story grooming, and UAT support.
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business expectations.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on requirement status and delivery progress.
• Support solution validation and ensure delivered functionality meets business objectives.
Required Skills




• 9–11 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise application implementations.
• Hands-on working experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow functional stories for technical implementation.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (preferred).
• Exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, Procurement, or Workflow Automation.
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, forms, and platform capabilities to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
