Our client is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to join their growing team. If you have expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, category management, and supply chain optimization, we'd love to connect with you

? Location : Pune (Onsite)
Exp : 13+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead category management and strategic sourcing initiatives
✔ Drive supplier performance and risk mitigation activities
✔ Execute cost optimization and total cost of ownership (TCO) initiatives
✔ Support supplier readiness for new product launches (NPD)
✔ Improve material flow and supply chain efficiency
✔ Mentor and guide supply chain team members

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
✔ 6+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or category management
✔ Robust stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:




Strong experience in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing.
Knowledge of supplier risk management and logistics coordination.
Experience in cost reduction, value engineering, and total cost of ownership analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
