About Our Development Operations Manager Position

Under the general supervision and direction of the Director of Annual Giving,



the Development Operations Manager oversees and manages all Development data entry, processes, and reporting, as well as developing and implementing new processes as needed to improve fundraising effectiveness and efficiency.

What will you be doing

The Development Operations Manager will lead the systems, data, and compliance that supports both PPGNHAIK and PPAA fundraising programs. This role has primary ownership of the Raiser's Edge database, including administration, reporting, dashboard development, and data integrity, and directly supervises two Database Specialists and a Prospect Researcher. The Manager serves as the team's subject-matter expert on data governance, gift processing, and regulatory requirements.
