We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer II who is passionate about building intelligent, AI-powered digital experiences. This role combines strong Full Stack engineering expertise with the ability to leverage Generative AI, LLMs, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and create innovative member experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can design scalable solutions, drive technical excellence,



and champion the adoption of AI-driven software development practices.

Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot), React.js/React Native, and AWS
Build AI-powered experiences such as smart search, personalized recommendations, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation
Leverage GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and GenAI tools to improve engineering productivity and solution quality
Apply Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development practices to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
Mentor team members on modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices
Drive quality through TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
