Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI solutions to solve complex healthcare and provider business problems
Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations
Build and optimize predictive models, NLP solutions, and LLM-powered applications to improve platform intelligence and automation
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects,



and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
Develop data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance
Evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments
Present insights and recommendations through dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support strategic decision-making
Mentor team members and contribute to innovation by identifying new AI/ML opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes for the ICP platform
