Role Description The Factory Flow Simulation Engineer is a full-time,



on-site role based in Pune City. This role focuses on designing, developing, and validating factory and production line simulation models to optimize material flow, equipment utilization, and throughput. The engineer collaborates with manufacturing, industrial engineering, and operations teams to analyze current processes, collect data, and propose improvements based on simulation outcomes. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining digital models of factories and lines, running “what-if” scenarios, preparing reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The role also involves supporting implementation of approved changes, documenting standards and best practices, and ensuring alignment with broader digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
