The Project Coordinator– One Stop Elderly Centre (OSEC)



is responsible for driving the establishment, management, and sustainability of an integrated elderly care hub, ensuring delivery of preventive, primitive, and rehabilitative services under one roof. The role is accountable for end-to-end program planning, implementation, service quality, stakeholder engagement, and performance outcomes, aligned with organizational goals and donor commitments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Planning & Implementation
Lead setup, operationalization, and expansion of OSEC centres at assigned locations
Develop annual work plans, budgets, and implementation strategies
Ensure infrastructure, staffing, and systems are aligned with OSEC standards
2. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
Oversee day-to-day delivery of integrated services, including:
Healthcare, physiotherapy, psycho-social support
Legal aid, social security facilitation
Day care, recreation, and digital literacy
