We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our US Tax & Accounting team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of Accounting and Taxation who are looking to build a long-term career in US Taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing US Individual Tax Returns (Forms 1040 & 1040NR)
Assist in preparing US Business Tax Returns (Forms 1120, 1120S & 1065)
Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Review client tax documents and financial records
Maintain financial records and account reconciliations
Work with tax preparation and accounting software
Support senior tax professionals with day-to-day tax and accounting activities

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Taxation
Basic understanding of MS Excel
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to build a career in US Taxation

Compensation
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during the 6-month internship.
Candidates who successfully complete the internship and demonstrate good performance may be offered a full-time position with a performance-based salary.

Employment Terms
Candidates who accept a full time employment offer after the internship will be required to sign a 1-year employment agreement as part of the company's employment terms.
