At WeBeeSocial, the Digital Marketing Strategist will sit at the intersection of creative thinking, marketing strategy, data and client servicing. You should be equally comfortable thinking of a campaign idea, building a sharp strategy deck, analysing why something worked, and having a calm, confident conversation with a client.
What You’ll Do
Build digital and social media strategies for brands across categories.
Create sharp, well-researched strategy decks and presentations that tell a story rather than simply fill slides.
Think of campaign ideas, content directions, digital activations and compelling ways for brands to show up online.
Understand client briefs and turn business challenges into actionable marketing solutions.
Work closely with creative, content, media and design teams to bring strategies to life.




Manage client conversations with a cool head, clear communication and a solution-first approach.
Analyse campaigns and platform data to identify patterns, insights and opportunities.
Stay on top of what’s changing across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, AI, creators, search and the wider digital ecosystem.
Keep an eye on brands, culture and consumer behaviour and understand not just what is trending, but why.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Past experience in a client-facing marketing role is mandatory.
Exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent PowerPoint/Google Slides skills and the ability to structure and present a compelling strategy.
Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing platforms, content, paid media and current marketing trends.
