We are looking for a Marketplace Operations canditate who will own and drive operations across key marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Knot, Blinkit. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who understands listings, data, inventory planning, and execution and can work closely with the founder and operations team.

Marketplace Operations & Growth
End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Seller Panel
Drive sales growth through listing optimization, keywords and visibility
Manage FBA planning, replenishment, ageing stock, and inventory health
Manage SJIT Myntra consignments
Track and analyze category, competitor, and keyword trends
Quickcommerce — Blinkit, Zepto & Swiggy Instamart
Manage and grow presence on Blinkit




Own listings, inventory planning, and replenishment for quickcomm platforms
Track quickcomm-specific metrics — fill rates, availability, and visibility
Coordinate with operations team to ensure fulfilment SLAs are met
Listings & Content
Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords)
Ensure listing hygiene, suppression fixes, and content accuracy
Coordinate for images, A+ content, and catalogue improvements
Data and Performance
Analyse sales, ROAS, conversion, traffic, and profitability
Build reports and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets
Leverage Amazon PI tools, search term reports, and keyword tools

What we are looking for
4 years of relevant experience in D2C / e-commerce / marketplace roles
Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Myntra portals
Experience with Quickcomm platforms — Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart
Comfortable with Exc
