We’re seeking a Permit Coordinator to join our Civil Engineering team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all permitting activities for gas and telecommunication projects—from preparing applications to coordinate approvals with local and state agencies.

What we're looking for

Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in permitting, preferably within civil engineering, utilities, gas, or telecommunications sectors.
Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of local and state permitting regulations.
Experience using online permitting portals (Accela, ePlans, etc.) is a plus.

Understanding of ROW (Right-of-Way) and DOT permitting.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or site plans.
