Role Description The Property Manager - NCR (Entry Level) is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties. Responsibilities include coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs,



ensuring properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready, and managing basic inventory and supplies. The role involves communicating with guests and owners, addressing routine queries or issues, and escalating complex matters to senior team members when needed. The Property Manager will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, conduct periodic property inspections, and assist with implementing JadeCaps’ standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting basic reporting, and contributing to a smooth, reliable experience for guests and property owners.
