Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for BDE and Sr. BDE roles for our Microsoft Solutions and IT Services business, focusing on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, .NET, and Cloud Solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth, particularly in Microsoft technologies and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and position appropriate IT service offerings.
• Drive new account acquisition and contribute towards individual revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business solutions to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.




• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasting reports.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 3–6 years of experience in IT services sales and business development.
• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
• Experience selling Microsoft technologies and services will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT services, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies.
• Experience working with international clients and global delivery models.
• Ability to engage and communicate with CXOs, Directors, VP-level executives, and decision-makers.
• Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
