About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in B2B and Healthcare marketing, with a strong understanding of inbound and outbound lead generation for both Indian and US markets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new products/services
Drive inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, particularly for B2B and Healthcare segments
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEMrush and Ahrefs
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, especially in the US and Indian markets
Support additional marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media, and content as needed
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page & Off-Page)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience in B2B and Healthcare Industry
Proven track record in Lead Generation (Inbound & Outbound)
Experience creating and executing GTM plans
Proficiency in SEMrush and Ahrefs
Basic design skills using Canva
Strong creativity and analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills, especially for US market interactions
