About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer who aspires to grow into Art Direction, joining the Brand & Marketing team with a strong creative instinct, solid execution skills,



and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, agencies, photographers, and other creative partners. The right candidate has design at their core, a sharp aesthetic sensibility, and a consistent premium output. They are passionate, excited by art direction, comfortable brainstorming, and able to execute at a level that inspires confidence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Brand guidelines & systems: Develop, refine, and use WeWork India’s brand guidelines; create scalable design systems across projects and products; ensure brand consistency across digital, print, product, social, photography, event, and sales assets; elevate the brand through premium visual output.
Building opening campaigns: Lead end-to-end campaign design for new building launches - from ideation to execution, across social, newspapers, billboards, website, digital media, sales collateral, events, and partnerships; deliver design
