About the Role
We're looking for someone who wants to learn retention marketing the way it's practiced inside fast-growing Indian D2C brand.
You'll work directly with the founder and our retention strategist, getting a front-row seat to how real automated flows, campaigns, and customer lifecycle strategies are built and optimised across multiple brands. This isn't a "shadow and observe" internship, you'll be setting up flows, writing copy that goes live and seeing your work show up in real campaign numbers within your first few weeks.
If you're someone who's curious about why customers come back, what makes a WhatsApp message convert, and how brands turn one-time buyers into repeat customers, you'll spend six months building that expertise here.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Build and troubleshoot automated flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Repeat Purchase, Win-back for D2C brands, under direct guidance from the retention strategist and founder.
Own the day-to-day execution of WhatsApp, Email and SMS campaigns using industry-standard retention marketing tools.
Write short and transparent copies for WhatsApp messages, email subject lines, and SMS campaigns.
Maintain campaign trackers and help prepare basic performance reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
Support the execution of retention campaigns, offers, bundles, loyalty nudges, and repeat purchase reminders.
Work cross-functionally with internal & Client teams to keep every campaign on time and on point.
