Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager specializing in out licensing for the pharmaceutical market. This role is crucial to the growth and expansion of our portfolio, focusing on licensing out innovative pharmaceutical products and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, robust negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the market.





Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Identify and evaluate licensing opportunities for proprietary products and technologies in the International market. Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and potential licensing partners. Develop and execute out licensing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

2. Partner Identification and Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and other potential partners. Identify potential licensing partners and assess their strategic fit. Present product pipelines and capabilities to potential partners in a compelling and professional manner.

3. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations for licensing agreements, including terms, conditions, and financial arrangements. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract integrity
