Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad/ Bangalore. This role is responsible for
Increasing Customer base through offline and online activities.
Promoting the Purity Prayag app
Increasing the product assortment
Increasing the basket value of customers
Improving the customer retention and loyalty




B2B sales & marketing
Increasing the store foot print
Assist in managing store operations

Daily activities include visiting stores, conducting events, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves representing Purity Prayag at industry events, promoting the brand’s mission, and providing regular business development reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and closing deals with partners, Vendors and institutional clients.
Ability to collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support go-to-market initiatives and product placements.
