At ARH Technologies, you'll own your territory end to end — selling Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Chillers, Water Treatment & Process Utility solutions to leading manufacturers across pharma, food, chemical, and HVAC.
? What you'll do
Hunt new business through plant visits, networking & smart prospecting
Understand customer processes and pitch the right technical solution
Run the full cycle — enquiry → proposal → negotiation → order
Build lasting relationships with OEMs, consultants, contractors & end users
Hit your monthly and annual targets (and get rewarded for it)
✅ What we're looking for
B.E.
/ B.Tech / Diploma (Mech, Elec, ) or MBA (Marketing)
2–4 years in industrial B2B sales — ideally pumps, chillers, heat exchangers, hot water systems or water treatment Industry products
Solid communication & negotiation skills, and a self-starter who loves being on the field
