Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive - Inside Sales to drive customer acquisition for our Supply Chain Finance business. The role involves engaging with MSMEs over calls, understanding their working capital requirements, pitching our Purchase Invoice Discounting solution, and converting qualified leads into active customers.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling Supply Chain Finance (SCF), Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, or other MSME lending products, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to MSMEs through outbound calls and explain the advantages of Pice's Purchase Invoice Discounting product.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable working capital solutions.
Qualify leads and convert them into active borrowers.
Guide customers through the onboarding journey, including documentation and application completion.
Coordinate with the Credit, Operations, and Lending Partner teams to ensure smooth case processing and timely credit line activation.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
Build a healthy sales pipeline and consistently improve productivity metrics.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and MSME financing products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales of Supply Chain Finance, Purchase Invoice Discounting,
