We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled qualified to manage the complete technical infrastructure and operational support of our Experience Center.

Role Summary
The Experience Center Technical & Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of all technical infrastructure and operational facilities within the Experience Center. This role involves managing digital display systems, coordinating with vendors, overseeing installations, handling maintenance activities, negotiating procurement, and ensuring uninterrupted technical operations while supporting overall administration.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Infrastructure Management

Manage and maintain all LED walls, TVs, display screens, digital signage, kiosks, and interactive displays.
Coordinate installation, commissioning, relocation,



and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of audio-visual systems during customer visits, meetings, and events.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Maintain networking equipment, Wi-Fi connectivity, CCTV systems, printers, and office technology infrastructure.
Perform regular technical health checks and preventive maintenance.

Vendor Management & Procurement
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for technical equipment and services.
Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Coordinate purchase requests and follow up until successful installation and commissioning.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain records of warranties, AMCs, invoices, and service contracts.
