Concerning the Role

At Ryse Digital Solutions, your duties as a Digital Account Manager (DAM) will include making sure that clients are satisfied and that projects are completed successfully. As the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, you will oversee project schedules, quality, and risks while putting digital marketing plans into action. Building relationships with clients, communicating effectively, and making sure that high-quality solutions are delivered on schedule are all part of your job.

Principal Duties

You will be in charge of client relations, keep an eye on the status of the project, and guarantee on-time delivery. Managing risk, reporting problems,



and assisting internal teams in obtaining prompt customer approvals are among your duties. In addition, you will be in charge of content review, growth strategy recommendations, and strategic presentation preparation. The secret to your success will be managing several client projects, keeping abreast of market developments, and communicating clearly using tools like Zoho Cliq.

Conditions

The ideal applicant will have experience in account management and digital marketing, along with a degree in marketing, information technology, or a similar discipline. Proficiency in data analytics, strong communication abilities, and an awareness of client needs are critical. Digital marketing or SEO certifications are advantageous.
