Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Franchise Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Franchise Development Manager will identify and qualify prospective franchise partners, manage lead generation activities, and drive franchise sales from initial contact through agreement closure.



This role includes developing and presenting franchise business plans, financial models, and brand value propositions to potential partners. The manager will coordinate onboarding, deliver training to recent franchisees on operational standards and brand guidelines, and support them during launch and early growth stages. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve monitoring franchise performance, maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, collecting market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to refine the franchise model and expansion strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Franchise Sales and Franchising skills, with experience managing end-to-end franchise recruitment and conversions.
