Role Description The Language Trainer role is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The Language Trainer will design and deliver corporate language training programs tailored to the needs of different learner groups,



including domain-specific terminology and business communication scenarios. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom or small-group sessions, assessing learner progress through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. The role also involves introducing target culture, business etiquette, and real-world communication practices, while coordinating with internal teams to align training schedules and content with client requirements. The trainer is expected to maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and reports, and contribute to the enhancement of training methodologies and curricula.
