Role Description The Sales Associate role at Affhan is a full-time, in office position based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Sales Associate will engage prospective and existing clients, present Affhan’s sourcing and shipping solutions, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information on services such as product sourcing, freight options, and customs support. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, following up on leads, nurturing long-term relationships, and contributing to sales targets through proactive outreach. The Sales Associate is expected to collaborate closely with operations and logistics teams to align client expectations with delivery capabilities.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
Experience or interest in international trade, sourcing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably involving China, India, or global freight services.
Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written
