We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and high-energy Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator. You will manage YouTube production logistics, coordinate high-value brand collaborations, and act as the primary bridge between our online training program and prospective/current clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Media & Brand Coordination:
End-to-end logistics and arrangement management for YouTube video shoots (locations, schedules, equipment, and guests).
Act as the point of contact for brands and agencies for content collaborations, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Lead Management & Sales Conversion:
Handle incoming online training enquiries across multiple channels (Phone, Email, and WhatsApp) with speed and professionalism.
Nurture prospective leads, understand their fitness goals, and effectively convert them into premium online training customers.
Client Management & Support:
Serve as the primary account coordinator for active online training clients,
ensuring they have access to their plans and a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain high client satisfaction by addressing non-fitness queries promptly.
General Administration:
Manage schedules, calendars, and daily administrative tasks to maximize team efficiency.
Handle any other ad-hoc operational tasks required to support the brand's growth.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Inside Sales/Customer Success role (Experience in the fitness, media, or creator economy space is a huge plus).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. You must be comfortable talking to clients and negotiating with brands.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle inquiries gracefully and a track record of converting leads into sales.
