The Role
We are hiring an SEO & Content Growth Manager to own organic growth across SEO, content, AI search, on-page optimization, off-page authority building, and distribution.
This is not a basic content writing role.
This is not a keyword-stuffing SEO role.




This is a role for someone who can create high-quality content, rank on Google, build authority across the web, distribute content smartly, and turn organic traffic into leads and pipeline.
You will help StepsAI become discoverable across Google, AI answer engines, communities, and high-intent search journeys.
In simple terms:
Your job is to build content and SEO systems that bring the right audience to StepsAI and convert that attention into leads.

The Core Mission
Your primary mission is to build StepsAI’s organic growth engine.
That means creating high-quality, search-led, AI-search-ready content that earns attention, rankings, backlinks, mentions, trust, and leads.
We are not hiring someone to publish generic SEO blogs.
We are hiring someone who can understand our customers, find what they are searching for, create content they actually want to read, and distribute that content where it matters.
