Summary Position Summary Work you'll do As an Engineering Manager I on the GTS GDAS ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for: Leading end-to-end technical implementations for ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), and platform solutions, including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment

Developing and configuring ServiceNow components, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, access controls (ACLs), workflows, and custom tables

Building and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms using Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), application programming interfaces (APIs), web services, Extensible Markup Language (XML), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)

Creating technical documentation, unit test cases, implementation plans, reports, dashboards, and migration support artifacts, while supporting upgrades, customizations, and defect resolution

Collaborating with architects, subject matter specialists, managers, and delivery teams to define technical requirements, estimate effort, support proof of concept development, and enable transition activities for new and existing opportunities The team The GTS GDAS ServiceNow team provides ServiceNow technology support to Deloitte Global and Member Firms.

Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM Qualifications Required: 10-13 years of experience in technology delivery, including 7-8 years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/SecOps implementations

3-4 years of experience leading ServiceNow technical teams

Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, workflows, and custom tables





Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST, SOAP, APIs, XML, JSON, and web services

Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), data migration, and ServiceNow administration settings

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in at least one module

Bachelor’s degree Preferred: Experience with UI Builder and Workspace configuration in ServiceNow

Experience with domain separation in ServiceNow

Experience with Discovery, Orchestration, IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management/IT Business Management (SPM/ITBM), or Event Management

Experience configuring MID Servers and supporting automated discovery across network devices, servers, and applications

Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery environments
