Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SmartRecruiter Consultant with expertise in SmartRecruiter and/or Workday Recruiting to support HR technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in functional configuration, workflow optimization, HR SaaS implementations, system integrations, and recruitment process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SmartRecruiter and/or Workday Recruiting solutions.
- Configure workflows, business processes, security, and user roles.
- Integrate SmartRecruiter with Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other enterprise HR systems.
- Configure reports, dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
- Troubleshoot functional issues related to workflows, platform configuration, user access, and system performance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable HR technology solutions.
- Optimize recruitment workflows and platform adoption using HR best practices.
- Create and maintain configuration documentation, user guides, knowledge repositories,



and process documentation.
- Support HR SaaS implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 4-9 years of experience working with SmartRecruiter, Workday Recruiting, or similar HR SaaS/Talent Acquisition platforms.
- Experience in end-to-end HR SaaS implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
- Solid expertise in functional configuration, workflow configuration, business process setup, security & role management, and reporting & analytics.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience integrating SmartRecruiter with Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other enterprise HR systems.
- Familiarity with HRIS data models, Workday EIBs, and API-based integrations.
- SmartRecruiter and/or Workday certifications.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
