The Skills and Development Officer plays a crucial role in organizations by:
- Identifying training needs

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to identify skills gaps
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs (classroom, online, or blended)

- Develop and manage training budgets
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain training records and reports

Qualifications Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in training and development, HR, or education
Desirable Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in training and development or HR
- Additional certifications (e.g., instructional design, facilitation)
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and authoring tools
- Experience with training management software
