About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Support & Quality Manager with extensive expertise in the Electrical Panel Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site support activities, ensuring quality compliance, managing customer issues, and coordinating with project, production, and service teams to deliver high-quality electrical panel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead site support activities for installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of LT/HT electrical panels.
2. Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.
3. Handle site inspections, quality audits, and documentation.
4. Coordinate with production, design, and project teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
5. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
6. Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Guide and mentor site engineers and quality personnel.
8. Ensure timely closure of site observations and punch points.
9.



Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and commissioning documentation.
10. Support customers during project execution and post-installation service.

Required Qualifications

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 20 years of experience in the Electrical Panel Industry.
3. Strong knowledge of LT/HT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, and control panels.
4. Experience in quality management, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
5. Familiarity with relevant IEC/IS standards and quality systems.
6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
7. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Age: 45 years and above.
2. Proven track record in managing site support and quality functions in an electrical panel manufacturing company.
3. Customer-focused with strong technical and team management capabilities.

Salary Range: 60,000 to 70,000 per Month.
