Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and installation activities at the project site.

- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers to achieve project milestones.

- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Inspect work quality and report any defects or deviations for corrective action.

- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, attendance, and material consumption records.

- Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities received.

- Resolve day-to-day site issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.





- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of the worksite.

- Assist in site measurements, billing support, and documentation as required.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities whenever necessary.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations at the project site.

Travel & Posting Requirement

- The Site Supervisor must be willing to travel and work at project sites anywhere within Kerala and outside Kerala, based on company requirements.

- The employee may be required to stay at project locations for extended periods until the assigned work is completed.

- The employee shall comply with company policies regarding travel, accommodation, and site assignments.
