Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–1.5 years of experience in site supervision and be capable of ensuring that work is executed according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per company standards.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with the team.
- Inspect ongoing work and report any quality issues or delays.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Maintain site records, attendance,



and documentation.

Requirements

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–1.5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or real estate projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills..
