We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate staff, materials, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Schedule and oversee subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment in office.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
