Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Bihar

Experience: 3+ years preferred in the construction industry. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

- Monitor labour, subcontractors, and site progress.

- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

- Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and the Head Office.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Monitor material usage and report site requirements.

Qualification:

- Diploma/ITI /B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Mandatory: Basic knowledge/experience of NWAY ERP.

- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.

Note: Candidates should be willing to work at any location in Bihar as per the company's project requirements

Skills:

- Solid leadership and communication skills.

- Problem-solving and team management abilities.

- Ability to work independently at the project site.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
