Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Skin Counsellor who can effectively consult clients, understand their skin concerns, and recommend suitable treatments and skincare solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent convincing and communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Fresh learners with exceptional sales aptitude and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed skin consultations and understand clients' concerns and treatment goals.
- Recommend suitable skin treatments, procedures, and skincare products based on client needs.
- Convert walk-in and inquiry clients into paying customers by effectively explaining treatment benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads, existing clients, and treatment plans to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Handle client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules in the CRM.




- Stay updated on the latest skincare treatments, products, and industry trends.

- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in an Aesthetic Clinic, Dermatology Clinic, Wellness Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, Luxury Beauty Brand, or Healthcare Sales.
- Experience in treatment counselling, cosmetic sales, or aesthetic consultation will be an added advantage.
