Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The person in this role will oversee daily site operations, coordinate work schedules, and monitor the performance of on-site teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising site activities, checking materials and equipment availability, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining site documentation and reports.

The Site

Supervisor will liaise with project managers, vendors,



and other stakeholders to resolve issues, support smooth workflow, and communicate progress. This role may also involve basic administrative tasks related to site management and supporting compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in site supervision, construction management, facility operations, or a related field.
- Robust organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities on-site.
- Proficiency in basic documentation, reporting, and use of common office and communication tools.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to enforce safety and compliance standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction, operations management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in biotech, industrial, or trading environments will be considered an advantage.
