Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in RCC and structural works to manage day-to-day construction activities at site. Candidates with experience in drains, culverts, retaining walls, tanks, industrial structures, or other RCC works will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise site execution of RCC and structural works including:

- Excavation and PCC

- Reinforcement fixing as per drawings/BBS

- Shuttering/formwork installation

- Concrete pouring, vibration, curing, and finishing

- Masonry and allied civil works (if required)

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Read and understand structural drawings, layouts, and bar bending schedules.

- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and labor teams.

- Monitor daily progress and maintain site records.

- Check line, level, dimensions, alignment, and structural accuracy before execution.

- Ensure proper material utilization and minimize wastage.





- Enforce safety practices and PPE compliance at site.

Required Skills

- Experience in RCC structural works such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, drains, tanks, or industrial structures.

- Knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing activities.

- Ability to read civil/structural drawings.

- Valuable manpower handling and site coordination skills.

- Basic understanding of quantity measurement and site reporting.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Civil-related qualification preferred.

- 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience in RCC/structural works.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in drains, culverts, canals, water retaining structures, or large RCC structures will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
